BUB Straight Aways are distinctly styled 2-into-2 “Drag Pipes” for Harley Davidson Motorcycles.
Built to BUB’s highest quality and performance standards, BUB Straight Away Systems provide excellent value at an affordable price.
Designed to fit Softail, Dyna and Sportster models, BUB Straight Away 2-into-2 two systems have a bold aggressive look, traditional styling, outstanding performance and awesome sound.
Available in a rich and handsome chrome finish or with sinister black ceramic coating, all BUB Straight Aways come in “Long” and “Mid” lengths, with “Flush Cut” and “Stagger Cut” configurations.
Long length systems end at the center of the rear axle and Mid Length systems end approximately six inches forward of the rear axle.
All BUB Straight Aways come standard with full length heat shields that have 220 degree coverage around the headers.
Full length linear coverage means no unsightly bluing or yellowing of the header pipes or mufflers.
To compliment the overall look of these systems, Straight Away exhaust outlets are fitted with chrome plated billet aluminum end caps.
Adding further to the style, a BUB Straight Away logo is precision die stamped in the upper portion of the rear header heat shield on all systems.
BUB Straight Away 2-into-2 systems uniquely blend header, muffler and heat shields to give a smooth continuous one piece look.
Softail and Dyna model tuned length headers are 1 ¾ inch diameter tube that merge into a larger 2 ¼ inch diameter mufflers.
Mufflers and headers are welded together to form an integral-one piece assembly. Each muffler section measures 20 inches in length and is fitted with a 2 inch diameter Dyno proven louvered baffle.
This type of configuration provides for broader power and torque bands, more top end horsepower and a “gotta have it” quality of sound. The entire length of the header and muffler assembly is covered by a single piece 2 ½ inch heat shield.
The finished look of BUB Straight Away 2-into-2 systems makes a bold statement on all Harley Davidson and big twin motorcycles.
